Portrait Photo Shoot in Botanic Gardens
I am so happy that the weather has been improving lately and there is more scope to do portrait sessions outside. But, as luck would have it, the day of our photo shoot with Eilera at the end of February was wet and windy. After all spring had not quite sprung yet.
I do model portfolio shoots occasionally. It is a great way to enhance one’s portfolio. The original idea for the shoot with Eilera was very different from what we ended up doing and was going to take place at a completely different location. As it was raining that day, we had to compromise by doing the shoot indoors in the greenhouses at the Botanic Gardens. In other words, it was an impromptu shoot.
Eilera is a part-time model and was an absolute joy to work with. Our shoot was very productive, so much so that I decided to split this post into two parts. I will link up Part 2 of our shoot shortly, but for now, I present to you Part 1. This sums up why I am happy it was raining that day.
P.S. As always, I love hearing from you, so drop me a line and let me know what you think.
