Product Strategy in Complex Systems
I have operated and led in highly regulated, high scale environments, with a focus on refining product direction where compliance, risk, marketing, operations, engineering constraints, and commercial ambition intersect.
I represent as the voice of the client by ensuring we always put the client first and while solving for commercial or regulatory requirements we do not degrade the experience in the process.
I have played the role of a problem solver, created space for problems to be raised and bringing the right people together to solve or unblock delivery.
Digital Transformation & Modernisation
From onboarding journeys to frontend architecture, I have led initiatives that replace manual processes, reduce operational friction, and enable scalable growth.
I have been entrusted to enter conversations with stakeholders and help take complex problems and offer a digital solution, my goal is to empower clients to self service where it makes sense to, the economy is ever changing and products need to keep up with the fast pace and innovation available at our fingertips.
Product teaches us to get an MVP into the hands of clients, listen to feedback and iterate and learn, i follow this approach in my day to day as a PM, the best testers are our clients who have the insight to how they want to see their applications transform.
Its no surprise the product world has been ignited with energy, questions and perhaps a bit of uncertainity around the AI boom.
The role is evovling and i am determined to evolve with it, I have identified where AI and automation can reduce manual handling, improve decision velocity, and unlock efficiency across product and operational journey.
I have started to create space for deep thinking,to focus on how i partner with AI, what can i automate and what skills should i look to sharpen as a PM.
I have built out a few productivity agents across my toolbox (Confluence, Miro and more), introduced some automated workflows for my repetitive tasks and this is just the start, i am working on my first GPT and want to start exploring multi agent flows.
I have also started to review how we can introduce AI to clients . . . watch this space!
